SPOOKALICIOUS RECIPES

1- Dissolve the yeast and sugar until it becomes a liquid mixture in a bowl.⠀

2- Add to this mixture the milk, one of the eggs, the oil and the wheat flour.⠀

3 - Knead the dough, mix everything very well with your hands until you get a very homogeneous dough.⠀

4 - Soon after you will leave the dough resting in the bowl for 30 minutes covered with a clean dish towel.⠀

5 - After this time the dough has probably grown enough and you can open it with the help of a rolling pin.⠀

6 - Then, with the dough open, cut it in rows enough to wrap the sausages, imitating bandage. Grease a mold with margarine and distribute the rolls on it. Brush with egg yolk and bake in a medium oven until golden.⠀

7 - You can make the eyes with olives, or let your creativity run wild!⠀

METHOD:

1 - In a small saucepan, place the sugar and egg whites. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.

2- Be careful not to cook the whites. The mixture must not exceed 60°C.

3- Pour the still hot mixture into the mixer and beat at maximum speed until the mixer bowl cools down.

4 - Use a pastry bag and shape the ghosts.

5 - Melt the chocolate and decorate making the eyes and mouth with a toothpick.⠀
